Very bad support

My scooter ola S1 pro met with an accident on 19th April and I reported it that day but the scooter was picked up on 24th April. They conducted the survey on April 28, when they were given to make an insurance claim. Later when I contacted the service center I found that the parts were not available. Today, May 10th, my scooter is sitting unusable at the service center in Kozhikode. Even after launching so many scooters, if the company doesn’t have the parts for it, how can customers trust and buy this scooter? Even though I emailed them constantly, they did not solve my problem or get the scooter serviced. If they do not service a scooter even after 22 days, then what kind of support does this company provide.
