My Ola s1 air broke down 2nd time within one year. Hub motor broke down in middle road on Friday I contacted customer care and asked to send rsa still no response bullshit service from Ola.
In practical don’t buy Ola . I fed up already. 6k km for hub motor? 1st 5500km hub motor broke down and I took my Ola to service centre B.H road TUMKUR. They changed hub motor after 8days . Now again 12200km hub motor broke down.
I thinking make a complaint to National consumer helpline.
Love at first side The best EV scooter i ever seen . The pickup , milage, breaking, Speed, Comfort , and best part is No Smoky plus the worst smell of ICE scooters.

Hi anyone plz help me to solve the issue…mine is s1 pro 2nd gen scooter bought last week only driven 100kms vehicle is not starting …not able to reset also … tired to open the seat and unplugged and plugged the connection also but also no use …no reponse from the experience centre people also…kindly anyone help to solve the issue
Improve the service related issues then we can tell all the good things about the S1. If service center appointment is not available when required how can we praise.
I love riding my S1. But seeing so many people complaining I feel bad about it.

I am based out of Pune working in IT, I bought ola S1 Pro in April. I faced slight issues in the beginning but with the immediate help of the ola associates, after 15 days I recieved my ola back and all the issues were resolved and I have been in love since. This is a very practical and an amazing feature rich ride. The drive is very smooth and fast and the boot space is epic (i put my charger, 2 helmets in it still there is space in side for more things). The speakers and party feature has my heart. I am glad I did this purchase.
Hi I’m srinivas…i bought before 2 years ola gen 1 … every time facing 2 issues…one is not providing regional language assistant…and too much delay for service…not providing service center contact number… ever seen like this service in any other company…felt bad
My ola s1 got break down already i rise the ticket still i’m not got any call from service person stil i’m waiting for service plz help for this i need fast service already onr day over
Your Service center has not sufficient employees and also has not sufficient space in ERODE. ERODE have 2 showroom but service center is in one showroom only. Arrange to open in another showroom immediately
Very worst scooter. Don’t purchase. Waste of money. You get lot of problems. Worst quality. After 3 years you have to throw the scooter to scrap.
I’m a S1 pro gen2 user from LUCKNOW. I got my accident around 5-6 months ago , and I reported immediately to the service center. Then my insurance was accepted within 1 day but due to irresponsible behaviour of service center… whenever I call the employees of the service center they always say they don’t have parts right now and it will take some time. After around 60 day’s the parts and insurance manager rejected the insurance because it wasn’t claimed in time. When I tried to contact with him he said there is no such huge issue ( it was election time ) he said to contact him after elections then he will do all possibilities in priority to complete all process. But after that day whenever I try to contact with him he declines the call he is totally fraud person his name is Abhishek prajapati from OLA SERVICE centre .
After all these things I contacted to OLA directly by Instagram… Then they tried to solve the issue and created appointment in another service center
When I visited the service workshop on given appointment date and time , they gave such a stupid excuse that it’s Sunday we can not take your scooty.
I said them to make drop card but they directly refused and send me back…it was totally waste of my time and money .
In present my scooty problem is still not resolved Till now My scooty is damaged .
I don’t know what behaviour is this OLA that’s totally BAD experience … I will never suggest anyone to buy this shit .
In conclusion all I can say is this company is FRAUD
OLA you are requested to improve your service quality rather than wasting money in R&D.
No companies grow without proper service.
My bike was not get pick up or very slow down

Many time i have to cross road by push up with help of hand
I, Alok Abraham crazy about bikes and scooty. Till now I love riding my S1Pro… completed 20000 km within 11 months. Only problem is software… which has to be rebooted again and again… Stylish riding … forgot my Classic 350 cc , Avenger 250 cc , Jupiter 110cc , … always now my first choice is S 1 …easy to ride…speed, acceleration, environmental friendly, no pollution etc everything it has … update software version have some if and buts but I recommend everyone drive at average speed…

Whenever I tried to refer my friends about OLA EV Vehicles firstly there are asking about the service centers we had also same Issues about servicing locations and delay of servicing, please improve firstly and furtherly there is a good scope OF OLA Market penetration into the village level also…
