Alright, folks, gather round for the latest episode of “The Great Ola Service Saga”! So, picture this: I submitted my beloved Ola S1Pro for a little TLC after a run-in with gravity (aka an accident). Now, I expected a bit of a wait, sure, but I didn’t sign up for a one-way ticket to the Twilight Zone of Customer Service!
I mean, shoutout to Ola Nagole, Hyderabad servicing team for turning disappearing acts into an art form! It’s been over a month and my scooter is still MIA. I’ve called customer care more times than I can count (seriously, I’ve lost track), and each time I dial, it’s like talking to a brick wall wearing a headset.
Oh, and let’s not forget their sense of time. Last time I checked, 100 days for a simple fix isn’t exactly what you’d call ‘express service’, right? I’m starting to think they measure their response time with a sundial!
So, to sum it up: If you’re looking for a thrilling rollercoaster ride of frustration and disappointment, just hand your scooter over to Ola’s service team! Who needs Netflix when you’ve got this level of drama in real life, am I right?
In the meantime, if anyone knows a good magician who can make my scooter reappear, hit me up! Because apparently, that’s the only trick missing from Ola’s playbook!

My scooter had a breakdown. Support ticket opened on May 2. So far team did not arrive to check the scooter. Im not able to open new ticket nor update existing

Very bad service… local staff is illiterate, in surat city they dont have proper team or service station, their staff dont know how to talk with customer… not they have any solution… yet 1 yaer not finished and facing so many problems in ola scooter they told me to put ola scooter for 1.5 month in ola service center they dont have battery solution… more 18 ola bike is pending for battery issue so I will get solution after that will get solved… so guyz please don’t ola bike… waste of money…
it’s been more than 72 hours by now, and it’s very tough situation where my brand new Ola S1 pro 2nd gen (purchased 35 days earlier) found dead ( unable to switch it on) in Bangalore where major service stations exists
I’ve also raised a ticket requesting help from RSA team, but didn’t recive any support from past 3 days…
Worst ever service by #Ola where customer care doesn’t assure you any time for service, saying “sorry”, “as soon as possible” , “will prioritise” has let no meaning for those
