Taking an appointment for service or repair, jinks. All appointment slots are always full for nearby places. 50 to 60kms away they are available. How do I fly my scooter there.

Urgent Complaint Against OLA Electric!
I’ve been facing a major issue with my OLA S1 Pro electric scooter since April 30th, and despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, there has been NO response or resolution from @OLAElectric.
Complaint Dates and Ticket Numbers:
30 April 2024: 03077473, 03125868
1 May 2024: 03131285, 03132119
3 May 2024: 03161255
6 May 2024: 03193562, 03193942

Open Ticket: 03194250
The service center informed me that my scooter won’t be fixed until May 25th. That’s 26 days without my primary mode of transportation! My office is 40 km away, and now I have to spend ₹300-₹400 daily on cabs, while still paying the EMI for a scooter I can’t use.
What’s worse is that neither the call center nor the service center staff are taking my concerns seriously. Despite having the OLA Care Plus plan, there’s been zero accountability or support. My scooter’s warranty won’t even be extended for the downtime!
@OLAElectric, this is extremely disappointing. I hope this public post gets your attention and prompts you to take immediate action.
