Very bad service after sale my order id I uln731 registration no. Is br27u2349 my scooter is lying at ola service centre gaya for more than 5 days. No one reply positively… my biggest mistake was owing a ola product…

Very bad service by Ola, I am suffering that why I purchased ola, by purchasing ola scooter is a headache for me. My scooter got accident on Feb 18th 2024 & i claimed insurance to repair my scooter insurance gave the estimate & forwarded to the Rourkela workshop on 2nd March 2024 after receiving the scooter at workshop the representative mam said we don’t have the parts available we have to order the parts & it takes 10-15 days time but after 15days when I called first she didn’t picked up my call after regular call she received the call and replied that still they didn’t received part like this continues for more 7days finally i received my scooter on 24th March 2024 after 5days on 29th March 2024 again a issue faced while running smoothly scooter suddenly stopped in the road & on display error shown “scooter issue change to park mode” after called to the same madam of Rourkela workshop she received the call & replied technician is in your area I am saying him he will look after the issue, technician came & checked the scooter & gave the resolution that motor issue is there we have to change the motor and for that I am booking roadside assistance company vehicle will towed the vehicle to the workshop and after changing the motor again we will deliver the scooter & after 3days on 2nd April 2024 towing van towed the scooter to the Sambalpur workshop and after that there is no responsibility by the Ola’s authorised person to give a information that they received the scooter & they started work or not after 2days i searched the authorised person number of Sambalpur Workshop and called him than same line came to listen that motor is not available at workshop I have to place the order to HO when I ask about the time limit again the same line came to hear it takes 10-15 days to get delivered of motor after that finally on 20th when again I call the person he replied motor received tomorrow work will start & in 1 day I will complete the work and next you will get your scooter delivered but unfortunately next day I didn’t got the scooter delivered but again on 23rd of April when I called than he provided me a number and this is RSA team member you call him you will get the perfect communication of your scooter delivery time & date, when I called the person than the person it will take more 3-4days to give the delivery than I realised why i purchased the Ola scooter worst service ever seen

Summary:-
Ola company has the clear vision of focus on selling & enrolling to Ola & those who have enrolled with Ola the person sold his or her head to Ola we don’t have any authority Ola had all the authority and rights of giving us the service.

Our time value have no importance by Ola company.

After purchasing Ola scooter harassment is sure without harassment we will not get the benefit of EV

We didn’t purchased the scooter we are on rental basis we have rented the scooter from Ola by paying 1,28,000

I strongly recommend not to Buy Petrol scooter is best in the life never ever go with EV specially OLA
