I sold my scooter in Feb 2024. I had requested for name, mobike and email details transfer to Ola on 21-Mar-2024. Despite multiple calls to the custimer support and email follow ups, this is stull pending. The ticket is in open status. What a pathetic after sales service. How do they even thinking of growing big with such pathetic customer service. Hope Ola looks into this and addresses the issue.
