Here are some tips for raising a Roadside Assistance or RSA request, if you ever need one.
Raise a service request directly through your Ola Electric App.
Tap on the Support section at the bottom of the home screen
Choose Emergency Assistance
Select the state of your scooter
Share your scooter’s current location

Once you have raised a service request in the above manner, you will start getting updates from our vendor partner on your registered mobile number.
RSA is available pan-India and is typically operational between 9 AM to 9 PM. Post 6:30 PM, your scooter will be dropped-off at your home. Please raise another request just as shown above for the scooter to be picked-up from your home and taken to the Ola Electric Service Centre. You will only be charged once.
Ola Care + customers can avail free RSA. For non-subscribers, a rate of Rs 1,999 + GST is applicable which is payable upon completion of repairs and is added in the final invoice.
With an Ola Care+ subscription, you get unlimited free RSA for 1 year for Rs 3,499 + GST.

I have done the same . And my technician asked me to Drive to the experience centre to resolve the issue . As a Ola Care + subscriber, why don’t I cannot receive home servicing?
Never apply for ola care+, they only fool you. Appointment provide by support staff but never come.Home service always show not available. Only waste of money.
