Ola need to improve after sales service first. I have been complaining since last one month, but there is no update from Ola service team for the Repair. I am going to file a case in the consumer forum.
Sorry to say this …but after sale support is hopeless in OLA. My OLS S1Air scooter is down due to battery issue since 1 month and no technician from OLA is assigned to visit and check. Customer service guy says I need to take the vehicle to service center . How can I take when it’s locked? They are charging Rs2400 for towing to service center!!! This is insane!!! I am sure it is a minor issue of charging which might resolve if a technician visits and check.
I Have Question to Ola Electric .
1 If Ola owns their service centre Then Why spare parts prices are different from one Experience centre to other Experience centre.
2 Why technician charged money directly to there bank account insist on company Bank account.
Suggestion for Ola Electric
Ola Should declare there spare parts list which are covered in warranty and which are not covered in warranty with details .
Ola Should disclose every Months
Spare Parts Price list with or without labour charges . So that Customer which part He is paying and how much cost.

Riding thru, fonding it, sometimes gets problem like touch display hangs, than have to restart to fix it, likes the care mood sound,
Many things stil to try, but at below 30 kmps belt noise sometimes irritating , which should be fix or any find any solution …!!

Scooter is good but MEANTANACE services very bad and the service man is money seeker and misbehaving in Ahmednagar maharastra.

How to clean the Ola Scooter to remove all dirts under the scooter and wheels etc ?, because so much of electronic components under the scooter it’s little scary to spary water below. Help us with some better ways to ge this done in a safe manner.
Why not extra x tra removable battery in deck space or upgrade old to high range??
