I have it, but I am unable to find any number or option to use it. My scooter had a breakdown, I am in emergency and can’t contact ola services, WOW what a treatment.

This subscription plan is very attractive but guess what when ever you will request for puncture assistance you will only get assurance of service but nothing will happen, they will simply close the ticket mentioning customer denied for service… I have experienced this twice within 1 week of my purchase

How should I renew it? It’s expiring on 13th Apr’24 and on the app it says unable to connect.

Also, my vehicle is broken down and I’m not being provided pick up through Road side assistance to take it to service center and fix it.

Please help!!!

Since day1 customercare services are not satisfactory
Despite number of emails to customercare support no resolution

Simply waist of money. It will not help. Service technician is not coming to home for service.

Thank you very much. Ola electric backend service within 4 minuties they solve the problem remotely.
Only thing this can be done 14 days before.
