I have taken Road side assistance but no body attending it. I have raised the road side request 13 days back. So far no response. No one from customers care escalate it. My scooter is unable to use from last 13 days. Looking for consumer court support if issue doesn’t solve.

Very Bad Experience they dont call also if you book any problem.aur last me bina bataye service booking cancell kar dete hain.

I raised complaint on 02.07.2024 due to brack down service having OLA CARE PLUS but still now nothing else, its theke horrible condition to meet for your service.

Raised request for roadside, booked appointment they haven’t given any update for 5 days. At last took vehicle manually to service center. Build infrastructure and service before giving the fancy plans to customer.
