बेहद ही घटिया सर्विस है। कानपुर में तो आपके कस्टमर केयर वाले जिस सर्विस सेंटर का एड्रेस बताते हैं वहां तो केवल सेल्स होती है। पिछले हफ्ते मैने नौबस्ता सर्विस सेंटर का शेड्यूल किया लेकिन वहां जाने में पता चला कि 2 दिन पहले ही सर्विस सेंटर हमेशा के लिए बंद हो गया है।
मैं पिछले 2 महीने से सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर लगा रहा हु लेकिन टिकट क्रिएट होने के बाद अपने आप क्लोज हो जाते हैं और मेरी समस्या वैसे की वैसी ही है।
आपके सर्विस सेंटर में काम करने वाले भी कहते है की ओला मत लो।
मेरी सबसे बड़ी गलती थी जो मैने आपकी ओला ली। आज 2 साले थोड़ी समस्या है जैसे जैसे बाइक पुरानी होगी और समस्याएं आयेगी लेकिन सर्विस जीरो।

Customer se bina puche call close kar dete hai feedback call nahi karte tab bhi 1 din me call closed kar hi rahe o par customer ko to pata bhi nahi chalta ki e jo ticket book krai hai usko to close bhi kra diya hai

I have booked pick services for my Ola s1 pro which is scheduled for today and nobody from Ola turn up to pick up. Breaks pads which I got two months ago got dipleted and my scooter popping up msg to restart every now and then, stating scooter issue. Worst experience I ever have with after sales with any company.
