What is the use of having service centres sll over the country when there is no skilled working staff in it. The manufacuring unit itself dosent check for QC of the vehicles rolling out of facility. I got an defective vehicle with lot of noise and vibration from the rear wheel. Even after several tickets raised the technician could not find out the root cause and neither could they rectify after replacing several parts. Do you think it was a right decision for me to pay one lakh fifty seven thousand to buy something which would cause me trouble everyday? Out of the frustration I have logged a complaint in consumer forum. I am waiting for the reply from the forum.

But sir please help Ola Electric support team too, I haven’t received my referral reward yet. Whenever I call them they say it will come soon, it has been 55 days since the scooter was delivered. I found this to be the worst service from Ola Electric. So please pay attention to this.

Please open a service center in sundargarh Town of state Odisha… In sundargarh Town more than 10,000 ola scooter are there…and the nearest service center in 100 km away
It’s not about how many numbers of service centres service time to be reduced spar parts availabletiy fast charging stations across the city and out stations
