There is no proper communication between OLA and the service centres. After riding for 47kms, the assigned ola service centre staff informed me that they don’t do such annual checkups and on Sundays they are open only for sales and no service technicians were on duty
17th April’24, my scooter getting switched off frequently while riding it. I tried to book a service appointment, but the app shows all service slots are full.
How can I repair my scooter at situations like this? Ola has bad service support for customers even in emergency situations.
I never buy or recommend any of the ola products again, whoever wants to buy ola scooter, I request not to buy.
If you buy, you will regret and suffer later.
