i purchased OLA s1 pro one month ago and this is my registration no. UP36W3583.Hello sir I am purchased ola s1 pro one month age. We charged fully but it’s mylage not up to the mark. In normal mode 60km and in eco mode 70 km only when it’s battery fully charged

Have zero trust on your fake commitments, my complaints are still pending despite waiting for almost a month and nothing has been fixed or repaired. Instead of fixing I got more issues in my ola and your service center replaced my working parts with someone else’s damaged ones. Shame on you OLA team and bhavish

Hypercharge not working in my scooter S1pro gen2

I had booked for urgent service. 10 days over. But no response. Thoroughly dissappointed… :rage::rage:

You guys had taken my s1 pro on 6th sep ( 2024 , in case you don’t resolve in this year) there is no update from the service center. Drove 50 km and visited the center on 24 th but the staff have no clue nor did they give any updates… they say they recieved the scooter but don’t know where it is. Called them 100 times. No reply no response yet.
FIRST RESOLVE THE ISSUE… then try to give these promises

Please first change the staff of your service centre, later improve your service and then do the rest of the updates because even for regular service it takes 15-20 days in your service centre, get those things fixed. I had given my car in insurance my 04 LJ 1346, they gave me the car in 1 month and 10 days and even then they did not do the service that was quoted and on top of that they spoiled my scooter’s battery by making it zero%
