Fix the charger with scooter,it increases chargers life, mismatch of software between app and scooter fix it. Improve the seat. Store manager doens’t know too much about the scooter or he is not interested in customers.

Ola s1 x screen black out problem 3 times in last 2 months in middle of road.Your technicians could not solve the problem permanently.kindly do something.

Rear rest handle need to redesign . Person sitting on rear seat experience problems while seating.

We want to "off head light in day time "
And “little bit low down that light .why means work as High beam”…that time opposite person suffers lot for this low light if I put High beam means think about it…so little low down this

Update any software alternative of password…no need physical key like any remote key .that means if I hold that key scooter unlock or unlock button preset that key to press unlock this scooter

Issue with over price .no customer support from Ola… February offer not received yet for me…committed to refund and offer but not received anythng …booked date feb 8th and vehicle delivery date march 16th…I raised and denied to do registration but no response

Why does ola ignore their own customers. I got into an accident plus the brakes have been spoiled since last 3 weeks. The scooter isn’t moving and they don’t appoint the service slot for the home service as well. They are huge scammers and just follow up till you buy the scooter after that they will ignore you no matter what.

My OLA X+ getting off every now and then. I am fed up. Chalte hue band ho jaati hai…another fuse problem connector…lots of issues no resolution till now.

Upset with buying s1 air ,service not properly done, misbehave with customer, regenerative braking problem ,trunk issue etc.

This is the shittiest community forum ever seen.

  1. Can’t create a new thread without the dumb admin approval
  2. Shitty UI seems like a high school children’s final project
  3. users can’t communicate with each other easily or resolve their minor issues.
  4. the admin is soo dumb or scared that he won’t wont approve a thread if it regarding a bug or an issue.
  5. I think this is an OLA advertisement page rather than community form as I see only promotions and good stuff being added, as if there’s none issue with the scooter from anyone.

मेरे पास okinawa rege plus नॉर्मल स्कूटर है येक पेट्रोल स्कूटर है 8 साल हो gaye abhi tak koi प्रॉब्लेम नही लेकिन letest ola s1 pro 2nd gen 1st लॉट की scooter li है मेरा ladaka 3 time jan khone se buch gaya glich अचानक बहुत बडी प्रॉब्लेम है ola मे इतना पैसा खर्च karke maut kharid lena meri 55 साल ki जिंदगी मे sabase badi भूल ola s1 pro 2nd gen kharid lena है
