Hey I have ordered central stand in the month of Jan, 24 and we are in the month of April and no answer on status of delivery. A very poor customer satisfaction

My OLA X+ getting off every now and then. I am fed up. Chalte hue band ho jaati haiā€¦another fuse problem connectorā€¦lots of issues no resolution till now.

Puchased ola s1 x plus 40 days before now it is 3 rd time the scooter suddenly in off condition while driving. Bye reconnecting the connector in bootspace solved the issue. Please give a permanant solution pls

Please provide this features in next update given below

  1. Please show battery temperature in main dash screen while in driving mode.
  2. Please show battery percentage when charger is connected with out unlocking the screen as well as battery temperature also.
  3. Provide a option to keep the headlight off in day time I think it can save few kilometers.
  4. Make the charger socket lid cap little more secure.

Ola moveOs 3 is much better than 4, atleast 3 doesnā€™t goes offline at all. But seems moveOs 4 never come online :rofl:. Olamap, Notification are just for show piece. :+1:

1: try to solve belt cover problem in S1 Pro Gen2
2: abrormal sounds from under the screen
3: issue with the tubeless tyres, air leaks from sides of the rims
4: hill hold not enabling
5: try to fix bugs from new OS and give frequent updates
6: real range is not up to the mark

My ola s1 air is break down 10 day ago a/c to service centre motor replacement. please replace my moter as soon as possible. Daily ola uber book nahi ker sakta.

Still we have not received move os 4.0 update for old scooter
Charging points has to enhance more
Ola customer support has to upgraded, always if have problem in scooter need to wait for more then a 2 weeks

Kindly release stable move os without any glitch & give reboot option in mobile app.

Issue came on scooter delivered date 22.03.2024 and ticket 02607146 was raised on 23.03.2024 after trying Reboot option.
Above ticket issue was assumed to be resolved on 27.03.2024 but again from next day the display will not turn on to enter the pin to start the scooter.
to start through Reboot it will take minimum of 10 mins from the parking position and Can be unlock scooter with Ola app but still display will not turn and no information on console while riding.
Below tickets closed with contacting me and not given resolution when appointment for home service is opted.

Please improve strength of Rear suspension of ola s1 pro gen 2. If we are riding with two people itā€™s to much and always touches the ground. When speed breakers comes itā€™s always hits around the motor. I always scared on speed breakers for motor or other body damages. Please make a strong suspension.

My scooter S1 air travels maximum 60 km in normal mode in full charge.
Service Centre says it is due to software problem and every time they say, they have fixed it.
They donā€™t think there is a battery issue and battery needs to be replaced.
I am unfortunate that my office is at a to and pro distance of 60km from my home. The purchase is a waste.
Is it normal to travel 60 km against claim of 125km?
