Want to keep your S1 in peak condition? Here are some tips!

  • MoveOS: Make sure your software is up to date for a better riding experience.
  • Tyre pressure: Maintain your tyre pressure (front and rear) at 33 psi to optimise your range.
  • Puncture repair: You can get your punctures fixed at your local workshop, if it does not involve the removal of the wheel. This will not affect your warranty.

I’m Paul P Ramanattu, I owned one S1X+ .This is the second time that I’m in Road side and seeking for road assistance.
Please modify your software or hardware to the standard and the buyers should not be disappointed.

I want to again update my Ola S1 Pro.

Just turn off Teamper detection feature for sometime. Because I faced issue of scooter locked and no display shown on scooter due to this.

After connect to charging few times later started showing display.
So till final release turn off will be better.

My ola hade breakdown…and is not in driveable condition…display and scooter responding…nothing.

I have logged complaint before two weeks… My mobile number not getting connected to ola support desk, as per enquiry this might have blocked by recipient. Scooter is not responding and screen is not getting activated. Suggest a solution to resolve this…
