Sir maine 2 ola s1x+ li or usme se ek ola kharab nikal gai 15 din mai 2 bar dead hogai mai kab tak new scooter ko dhakka lagata rahunga or purchasing store par complaint karo toh vo log toh ese bate karte hai jese ki hamko jante hi nhi or bas numbers diye jate hai ki isse bat karo usse bat karo, muje esa lagta hai ki hamne ola lekar galti kar di or unse ham senor ke number mangte hai toh num nhi dete hai store vale bande aerodram road airport aera indore. Sir muje scooter exchange karvani hai ya fir refund karo kyoki ladies use kese karengi agar bar bar dead hojati hai gaadi toh. Plz reply me

I parchese new s1x+ scooty last 27 January…but on the road scooty stoped.not started …inform the showroom. service centre and technician also online complete…no response any one…it’s a face scooty…Mony West…no service properly…

I had purchased ola S1x plus before 20 days and it got no display and service center of Ahmedabad Vijay char Rast the authorised person Replay was very bad and they had not given any higher authorities contact person name or number too and also no proper inward slip of scooter at service center too…it requires to complain this further to electric vehicle licence department and other higher authorities because vehicle is delivered without checking the performance and it durability after assembling
How are you supposed repair the puncture without removing the wheel?

Our scooter last3months in worksshop salem
No solution
My rear tyre needs urgent replacement as it has undergone five to six puncture repairs and its thickness has been deteriorated. Moreover my front shock absorber has not been replaced by the company and it is not working properly. Front speedo meter panel has become loose due to excessive vibrations and creating abnormal sound/noise.Please arrange pick up of my scooter.
