Please note that starting this week, when you drop off your scooter for repair at an Ola Electric Service Centre/pick it up after repair, you’ll receive a verification code on your registered mobile number. To complete the handover process, simply provide this code to the Ola Service Technician.
Here’s the SMS you’ll receive
When you drop-off the scooter for repair:
Dear Customer, here is your Verification Code ______for handing over your scooter for service/repair. By sharing this code you agree to our Service Terms & Conditions : https://ola-ev-ui.olaelectric.com/service-tnc.
When you pick-up the scooter after repair:
Dear Customer, here is your Verification Code _________to confirm that we have handed your Ola scooter to you after service and you are satisfied with our services.
When visiting the Ola Electric Service Centre, remember to bring your registered mobile and ensure that it is sufficiently charged. You’ll need it to receive and share the verification code with the service technician to complete the scooter handover process.

very very very very verybad service from ola, if there are any possibilities of returning the vehicle I am ready to do that. in 5 months I got 4 times issue. and this time vehicle is in service center since 15 days without single update.

Hi last service camp conducted by your company brake shoes are defective and need to change, but they could not change the same since time frame not suited. after 7 days when I contact the service centre they are telling now it’s ok no need to change -since it is under care plus no need to change it now. How can it possible ? I am feeling very bad since I am facing problem with the break but the concern service technician is not interested to change the brake shoes they are waiting to end the service careless policy.
