Planning to book a service request for your S1?
We’re making it super simple for you.
For every service request, you will receive 2 verification codes on your registered number.
The first one is sent after dropping off your S1 for servicing.
This verification code confirms that your S1 has been handed over for servicing.
The second verification code will be sent once your S1 has been serviced to confirm your pick-up.
This way, we can close your service ticket, knowing your S1 is with you.
So, always carry your registered phone with you when coming to the Service Centre, and provide the verification codes, as and when required.

Note - Do not share any banking related OTP. You must remember that no Ola representative or authority can ask you to share your bank transaction OTP. Always keep it confidential, and if asked, please report the matter immediately to the Ola authorities.
We are unable to book for service when required all slots are booked.
Your post of service in hyper mode we are not able to understand.
As a users of scooter we know that when required service should be provided and if issues are not resolved there should be some way for users to address there concern regarding service and resolve issue faced by them.
My ticket ID no is (03478870) regarding (service) and jobcard no is (RO24051688411). It’s already 45 days my ola S1X+ scooter is at service centre. No update is there from the service centre side. Please solve the issue. Thanks.

Delhi State subsidy registration from your company end has not been done and no response has been initiated.
Please take a look into this matter
Finding a slot for service is almost like lottery and spare parts availability is pathetic.
Even for replacing brake pads, wait time in weeks is ridiculous.
Service and Spare parts availability should be looked after.
And the home service visit on Ola Care + is an outright SCAM.
I’ve raised multiple service requests for home visit using Ola Care + and everytime I’ve been told to take the scooter to a nearby service centre.
Even after several tickets raised the motor issue is still not resolved. I guess you people are waiting for the service warranty to get expired and then do a paid service with parts price included.
