First week of buying an ola s1 pro. Travelled around 82 km ( not sure if the number is accurate) on 100% charge. Is this the true range that everyone is getting?

hi Akshat, 82kms is not the true range, its 135kms in Normal mode, 170Kms in ECO mode.
As you said you bought week ago according the information i have is you need to charge full 100% of around 6-10 cycles.
As one of my friend having the same situation got above range as promised/mentioned by ola.
Make sure that there is NO extension wire between wall socket & the ola plugin charger, i mean the ola plugin should be inserted directly into the wall socket.
Always make sure to charge scooter 100% immediate before the 1st run after delivery.

It’s completely depending on the modes you ride, the weight you carry on scooter, the throttle you give, the sudden brakes you apply.
Ideal weight - 70-75kg.
Throttle - Not suddenly, Smoothly.
Brakes - Do not apply sudden brakes, it will cut you distance which can be obtained by the momentum you have already gave the power to scooter.
I ride my S1 pro and i get 120-123 kms per charge on Normal mode. I never tried on ECO.

If you charge 100% you can use it for more than min 100km on normal mode and regular city driving.

I’m getting 100+ on my S1. So, may have better than that. If no then check it and escalate it.

Recently (20th Dec) bought OLA S1 PRO.
Getting around 80-85 km range.
Mostly drove with pillion rider.
Total weight ( 100 kg(me) + 60 kg (pillion)) = 160 kgs
Travelling speed mostly @40-45 kmph
Gentle throttle.
Moderate traffic conditions which includes frequent breaking and throttle.
Can anyone tell me if i am getting a decent range considering above conditions.??

I cross a flyover bridge to reach my office and to come back home.
Also, Is it compulsory to take the connection from the meter? My house is on the first floor so I drop the plug point from my window. It’s not an extension box.
Please advise.
