My Ola electric vehicle broke down due to a system issue and wouldn’t move forward. We had it towed to the service center, where after a long wait, they confirmed vehicle damage and processed a successful insurance claim for parts replacement. However, upon delivery, I discovered the repairs weren’t done. Since the insurance covered new parts, I rejected the vehicle and sent it back. Unfortunately, the service center has been unresponsive and it’s been over two weeks, ignoring my calls and switching off their phones. I remain without a vehicle and deeply regret choosing Ola. Back to commuting by bus, I’m seriously considering switching to a different electric vehicle brand.
