What is the point of taking the Ola care+ service? if ola service person is not visiting home or atleast provide priority service in the service centres.

First you go through customer complaints sbout S1 xPlus becomibg dead frequently. Though i am covered under Ola Care+ you service peopke tell us what to do at our end. Pkease dont treat custoners as your service technicians.
On the earlier iccasion, after getting it repaired it took 15 days for delivering the scooter at my place. After receiving the scooter it went dead within two days. For the last one month i am without my scooter. Are you not ashamed of the quality of your vehicle?
In case you are not able to extend service after sales, dont expand and dont sell in the areas where yoy dont have a Service Centre. Go thriugh You Tube and see how many customers are complaining about the scooter becoming dead.
If you dont take custoners feed back seriously and fail to take remedial steps, take it from me that your compaby is bound to get doomed.
Stop all this toothpilishing work.
