First try to give service properly

Vehicle is locked from past 4 days unable to unlock it even service representative are not responding.

Pathetic support is second name for ola service center. They dont consider ur problem n they only ask u to buy ola care+ or bring ur stopped/damaged/problematic ev to service center. Really frustrating.
If anyone know where can we sell ola scooter , plz tell.

Team please try to concentrate the service support. So many complaints given from the customer side . Especially Kerala customers . Your service centres is not responding properly to customer. They are not pick up the calls even the customer called 10 to 15 times . They are simply rejected the customer requirements .
I am also a ola user . Inform your higher management regarding this. Otherwise the customers is not choosing our ola scooters
