Ola service centre is worst…they are not responding…even customer care number also not working. Computer only speaking with limited options

Worst service from OLA. No one cares in their experience/service centres and have ill equipped knowledge. I had raised a ticket for a problem persisting right from I bought the vehicle. No one has bother to address the issue. The ticket is still open in the app.
Worst part is bought it with OLA CARE + spending extra money and OLA doesn’t CARE leave alone CARE+
