@Ola_Community_Admin My OLA S1 Air shows motor temperature 110°+C when I drive it for aprx 27-30 km with avg speed of 40 kmph. Battery temp shows 41°C.
Is this normal or there is a fault in the sensor, motor or app?
I showed this in the service centre so they said this is a software issue. So can you please look into this?

25 days since my ola s1 is lying in service centre.they have not been able to change battery.cuttack has service centre but my ola was sent to bhubaneshwar,dont know why.
Ola Chennai Chindadripet centre has only 2 mechanics to handle all Ola free S1 health checkup camp registered thru link. Delivery at 5pm only for everyone. Not revealing what checks they will do. So, I don’t see any benefit from this camp. I didn’t give for check up. Ola should atleast add more labour to handle such camps in future. Otherwise it will be waste of time for customers like me.

My ola scooter battery was dead I got it replaced in 28 days. Ola needs to improve service
