It has started in Udhna Ola Experience Center
If you have been to long trip and battery’s temp is more then 33 then better to wait for it to cool down and then keep on charging…
If you are going out sone where and you dont have enough battery then it is better to charge…

Is the first charge of the scooter mandatorily be 12 hours? I was told by the delivery guy to have the first charge for 12 hours

At present no battery charge drop after full charge, anyhow Ola future factory has to develop fast chargers like fast chargers to cellphones for customers that will be useful in future.I hope that the Ola will do it fastly.

No. Atleast wait for 15 min for the battery temperature to come down at Normal.

I have done 990 kms on my new ola S1.
These are my personal observations on each mode.
Me: 6 feet height,120kgs.
Rider:Single
Place:Chandigarh-Ludhiana superhighway.
Temp: 10-15 degree c.
Tests done from 1 Jan 2023 to 10th feb 2023.
Eco mode: Drive at constant 30kmph you will get range of about 95 kms.
Go with a full twist on eco mode at 42kmph ,you will get around 88kms range.
Normal mode: Drive it like any other ICE SCOOTER at about 55-60kmph,you will get 55 to 60kms range.
Sport mode: Twist hard at about 80 kmph speed ,you will get 35-38 kms range.
These are my personal obserbations with me and scooter.
It may vary person to person.

Your scooter is normal.
Ola say that if you are 70kgs and if u r driving it at 30-40 kmph,than you will get what ola says…

Ok , here is the situation I am charging mostly during nights after 7:pm , now to get it completely charged it shows me time around 3:00 am , now what happens if charging port is still plugged on and left unattended even after completely charged 100% ??

I have a concern why did the ola team remove the rubber cap for the charger for all new scooters, it’s for protection and pls bring it back or atleast make it available to purchase it

Is charger water proof?
I called ola support and they mentioned its water proof but i am not fully convinced.
Since my charging setup is outdoor, i am worried aout charging during rains.

Increase ola hypercharging stations it will helps every ola person without any delay of electric charge
