Charging : Keep your scooter charged at more than 10%. Battery draining to 0% could severely damage the battery, which is not covered under scooter warranty.
Parking : Safeguard against rodent damage by parking securely. Remember, wiring damage from rodents can severely damage the battery and other electronic parts, which are not covered under scooter warranty.
Cleaning : Use water and gentle soap for cleaning. Mind the plugs and electronics, and cover the charging flaps. Avoid high-pressure washes and dry with a clean towel to protect paint and parts.
Repairs : For top-notch service, always choose Ola authorized service centers. Unauthorized repairs may nullify the warranty of your vehicle.

I think Ola should electronically limit range, so that 5-10 percentage battery always remains and it doesn’t undergo deep discharge. Giving customer a scooter that can get deep discharge during normal usage is a design flaw, and Ola may be held liable if customers complain.
