Service centers list.? I suggest coimbatore to Pollachi route, thudiyalur (mettupalyam road), Saravanampatti (sathyamangalam main road) there is no service center.

Dear Ola Team,
I have come to know that through my friend that the service center is charging for the repairs. It was surprising that during the warranty period we are to be charged.
Kindly explain if this is true.

Good step, but your service people should be trined well before starting centers, not for just show you making service centers, needs good technicaly knowledge agents, not managing agents with only talkings, and storiesš

I visited Singasandra service centre last week it is worst. No process, no tracking system, no service advisor.

Itne sare msgs hai ek bhi padte ho ya bus posting pe hi dhyan hai literally everyone is complaining about your service still no action rubbish one day u will face big big business down because of these mark my word

I have purchased ola electric on 26 jan 2024 and it had delivered on 4 feb 2024.
I was happy to riding it from 4 feb 2024 to 6 march 2024 and i recommended my colleague to purchse ola electric.
But at the evening of 6 march my ola electic scooty was stop functioning (display off and battery is also not getting charge).
I raised the complain and drop my scooty to Ola service centre.
till date aprox 5 day passed i canāt get any update from ola customer care or service centre.
I followup from customer care but not get any satisfactory response.

Waste not needed. need to improve the present service centers by providing proper service.

App and customer care support system only raise ticket number not practically resolve my problem while 20 days have to gone
