Absuletely right dear, i have also faced same problem at Ola garage ambala haryana, no doubt there service is very bad, customer are helpless because Ola ev parts are not available in open market.

KOLKATA is a METRO city & inspite of that you just have 3 Service Centers in proper city locations, the other you will mention they are 20 kms or more from Central Kolkata….n U hv been promising to ADD more centers in the main city….where is it & how many are running in prime city locations may I know??

No use I think ola is going to be the fraud company soon. It will be in the court also. No customer care, no service and no response from ola to the customers
Perfectly worst service and no one response and understanding customer situation we are not fool that we trust on Ola Electric. I personally feel scammed by ola just because last 7 days my vehicle stand at my premises just for side stand broken and vehicle is not for use and no one can help you for that.

No use. 1st learn to Diagnois the problem n have sufficient stock of spares. My 90 days old s1 pro battery is gone. Ur asking 20 days to replace it. Before that you guys have already wasted 6 days saying BMS has gone.You people talk about 8 years 80000 kms warranty. What is the use of opening new service centre. When u dont even know whats wrong with the vehicle

What’s the point of opening service stations when you cannot repair a vehicle in time. My scooter has been giving issues from day one. First you sell a defective piece and then you take days to repair it and that too without any timeline of when it would be finally done. Pathetic product, pathetic company.

The service is very slow…no response from service center… focus on quality
No use of opening new ones. First give proper service for existing customers. My scooter is sleeping from past one month repeated calls and request no enineer is coming to take the bike. It is going to parking mode when ever i start. I feel you are less with service engineers. Let me know how i can return my ola if this much is bad service. This is second time in year out of 12 months i had used max 10 months 2 months it was sleeping to get repaired.
