We’re about to open our 450th Service Centre and its in your city!

Here’s what we have planned for you on Tuesday, 19th Mar.

12 noon - Service Centre inauguration

10:30 am - 8 pm - All day free service check-up of your scooter

5 pm - Community Ride

T&Cs for free service check-up:

  • Free service checkup is available at the Experience Centre mentioned above from 10:30 am to 8 pm on 19th Mar only. Home service is not available.
  • Customers will have to book a service appointment separately via the Ola Electric App for all recommended repairs.
  • No repairs will be performed on vehicles being brought in for free service check-up
  • No other additional repair request will be addressed on vehicles being brought in for free service check-up

Hello ola team,
I am very happy to hear this news but in Prayagraj city there is only One Service center which located in Naini prayagraj.
Ola service center should be open in CIVIL Lines prayagraj where your Experience centre exist
(Mayohall Chauraha) for better convenience of ola customer.

Ola scooter company has third class back or service is poor, they are sitting on the name of service. It’s been 10 days since I completed it online and no response has come.

I have been waiting for service for four months, no way ola scooter services are being provided, please don’t be fooled by ola scooter, there is no service in Puttur city.
