As there is lots of unsolved issues in gen 1 scooter but I don’t know how this gonna work
Can I exchange my ola S1 pro
Please rectify the software of Ola S1 Pro, Air & X all model are same problem suddenly hang & not respond properly. Every day facing same problem. Please look into this matter as we have a WhatsApp group where strength about morethan 500 member facing same thing.Admin please look into matter seriously otherwise existing customer are very unhappy.Alsp would request you service family are very poor & in Westbengal it’s terifik.
Now not need to make any driving license b’couse self driving…OLA SOLO.

There should be an option for height adjustment of seat because it is so uncomfortable for short height girls. Like I was driving activa from last 8years, no issues faced in height but now I am facing troubles in Ola s1 air as it’s height is more than the other scooters. Please do something for this.
Innovative the ola solo and and any other xyz features or technologies. I would like to give you a suggestion, company shoes focus on updating an improving the existing scooters and its features because there are many bugs many faults in the previous second generation and the first generation scooters.
