Agree on the point referral matters but services is a nightmare. Calls are promising but just promising no actions taken. While services centers does not care about tickets or ticket number but runs like charity services if they feel sorry for you they will take your scooter if not just make us wait there and ask us to come next day waste another and another goes on in merry round circles

My referee has booked a s1 pro gen2 but not getting call as 12-Mar-24 is the delivery but till 13-Mar-24 we have not received any call kindly suggest way forward
