Worst experience since one month completed with 1600km drive many times got stuck between the road no immediate response from service center as well as no CC numbers for help line I got ola s1 x+ but keyless is really useless when you got stuck between the road can’t get assistance also

We ola customers who bought ola s1 pro gen2 already paid extra money for extension of warrenty but you are giving 8 years of warrenty to new customers in free of cost so we must get 8 years of warrenty in free of cost in addition to this we should get topup also because we payed extra money.So give it all customers who bought recently whatever you are giving to new buyers and take the love from old customers who kept hope on u and bought earliear

Completing 1and 1/2 year and covered 15000 km till now .

Is there any method to change my foot area from old one to flat just like the new models of OlA .

Service of bike is very bad . I bought Ola s1 pro 3 months back still my bike in workshop and most worst thing they don’t know exactly what is wrong with bike some time they change screen some time they update software even changed mcu . Still it sucks

It is completely biased that new customers are getting 8 years warranty with lesser cost (approximately ₹18k) compared to who already own s1 pro.
This will definitely give disappointment to existing owners and affect referral program.

Dear Ola, rectify this otherwise you will loose customers.
