Did you check our latest update on the Ola Electric app? If not yet, then you should definitely check it out now…!!
This feature is called as Service Updates which will allow you to access your service status anytime, anywhere.
Here are a few steps to access this feature:
- Go to the Ola Electric app on your phone
. - Navigate to the service request section and submit a detailed service request. Here’ s how you can raise a service request.
- Once you’ve booked the service request, you’ll notice service updates appearing at the bottom of the app’s home screen.
- These updates will provide real-time information about your scooter’s service status, keeping you informed throughout the repair or maintenance process.
Please Note: If you are not able to access the Service Updates feature, please update your Ola Electric app.
