We have introduced a new feature called as Service Updates which will allow you to access your service status at the comfort of your place.
Here are a few steps to access this feature:

Go to the Ola Electric app on your phone.

Navigate to the service request section and submit a detailed service request. Here’ s how you can raise a service request.

Once you’ve booked the service request, you’ll notice service updates appearing at the bottom of the app’s home screen.

These updates will provide real-time information about your scooter’s service status, keeping you informed throughout the repair or maintenance process.

If you are not able to access the Service Updates feature, please update your Ola Electric app.
