Very bad poor service, please provide service. I am still facing problem with my vehicle, but ola team not providing service. Yesterday I just missed an accident, vehicle suddenly stopped middle of the road.today I decided to burn my vehicle in front of ola showroom. On online live. Waste of money and time.

After4days lapse my Ola S1Air stand by road side I am unable to change from parking mode to Drive mode, & Ola care+ 31.10.2024 valid until, Call to customer support but till now not any response from the support team, then raise the ticket till now not resolved.order ID-OET-164275815150123-WGR676 and registered mobile number 9679212452

8 year warranty to aapko gen 2 k sabhi owners ko deni chahiye. Mujhe 11 jan ko gaadi mili aur usi k baad aapne warranty badha di. Ye to galat baat hai. 2024 k customers ko sabko deni chahiye 8 year warranty.

Good product, also gave good service initially. 5 people bought ola in my society after my recommendation. But now service degraded. For dead scooter, we need to wait for 8 days. Don’t go for ola because of pathetic service …
