All S1 owners are eligible to purchase the top-up warranty (8 years/1,00,000 km or 8 years/1,25,000 km) within 12 months from the date of delivery of the scooter. All ore sales should be covered under 80 K km or 8 yeas warranty. It’s not fare to exclude is who already purchased based on your promises in services and improvement # S1 purchased in 2023 also should be covered in this feature of promising warranty and improved servicing of scooter, sufficient manpower for repair work needed.
Need more details regarding the 8 year extended warranty. Mentioned as all user who purchased after Feb 2023 are eligible, need more clarity in the announcement. Does “eligible” means they get warranty automatically “free of cost” or does that mean they are eligible to “purchase with extra money”. If so, how much should we pay? How to pay?
I have delivered my ola s1x plus on 5 th feb , and also spent money extra money for extended warranty but i am getting only 5 year warranty on battery. It’s fraud by ola.
