I am very much happy with the service range increment and battery warrenty for which I have been bullied by my friends about these two major problems with Ola Scooter.
Pls clarify that all existing ola customers are also qualified for the 8year battery warrenty scheme. I hope more service technicians are recruited and any service will be cleared in two days along with the spare parts of required.

Awaiting post sales service quality upgradation & also the time taken for solving the grievances & issues with vehicle. Why no focus on it ? Instead of expanding network, expand team & teamwork.
Its really a good news about standard 8 year’s warranty for customers but at the same time not at all happy for customers who purchased OLA S1/S1 Pro before February 2023. Why and what is the reason for those are all will get only 30% discount? We are the customers who trusted the brand in the initial time. I believe OLA will validate this and do justice.
Service network is very poor, of i make complaint from application it resolved automatically…no one attend this ticket …?
Still waiting for slot booking for front arm change unable to take slot booking…
