My ride history page on the app shows different readings of total distance covered compared to the vehicles display. The vehicle shows over 700km covered while the app shows 533km

Many times screen doesn’t work properly. Sometimes password doesn’t work. Sometimes screen blink or blur . I have S1 pro top model .

Sincerely useful information about ride history. Especially the efficiency in wh/km helps me to assess my riding style. Though sometimes proximity unlock is not working, it is very useful feature and i really enjoy this. Just yesterday my display has turned off while i am riding in the night to my home with 60% charge. I did not get panic and tried entering the passcode by pressing on the screen based on my memory of each of those numbers and it worked like a charm. I thought next day or after charging it will be ok automatically. But same problem. I watched few YouTube videos and did a reset and reboot. Everything worked like a charm including my proximity unlock.
Few suggestions
- After riding 1000 kms, noticed some sound somewhere … Looks like some loose parts or broken plastic clips … yet to fix this
- Have bigger fonts in screen to enable people riding in the night to see without the specs
- Enjoying the cruise feature. Can you add increasing or decreasing cruise speed by the volume up or down button by paralelly pressing the cruise button … This will be cool
- Pl improve seat plastic base which actually dips and rebound in bumps
- Shock absorber perf to be improved. Not smooth as in splendour
- Have an extended long seat or a carrier to enable carrying baggage when required
- Increase the front face shield width and reduce gap between handle bar and the front shield. For tall person like me, this gap is funnelling all the dust on to my pant thigh area. Need some covering over here
- If possible provide provision for Stepney tyre
- Need little more louder speaker or position the speaker ins such a way that the sound is directed towards the riders head to clearly hear the sound or conversation or music
- Need provision to auto cut off based on my preset % of chargein ola app and scooter screen software
- Provide an alarm facility in ola app if scooter reaches preset charging percentage. Similarly warning message and notification when charge % is less
- Need widgets to add in the screen to show live efficiency wh/km. Also give provision to reset the trip by ourselves. Every time I park and start after a small break or work, the distance is getting reset
- Need louder indicator buzzer
- Enjoying the auto off indicator feature. Works really well
- Need a smoother regenerative braking. Have more degrees of throttle turn in reverse direction similar to that in the forward direction to facilitate smoother regenerative braking
- Add ABS feature which is essential for such costly bikes
- Display temp of btry and motor so that rider will suitably handle the scooters this avoiding overheating
- Suggest to provide warranty based on the overall total kwh charges and discharges of the battery instead of the km driven. This way all riders who is riding softly and handling the scooter well will get benefitted and though who handles roughly will be not motivated to do so. Also ensure there is a correction factor too applied based on the rate of discharge
This will be the best way of measuring the battery life. I myself being a battery R&D designer live to have all such improvements

Ola scooter not connecting with app
Worst app I have ever used.
- Total distance covered not updated under ride journal tab.
- For media and to operate some functions separate Bluetooth option have to choose.

Lock/unlock does not work properly (proximity is never working)
Sometimes ride history shows only destination but not route. So it is also useless.
Documents feature is not that great

The location of my Ola S1X Plus scooter is being shown incorrectly on the map. My Ola scooter present current location is my home address in Bihar state, but the location showing of the scooter in the map is Ola Future Factory in Tamilnadu. Please update of my ola scooter location.

App is useless when connecting with the scooter. My settings say Bluetooth is connected but my Ola Electric app says not connected. There is wiring issue in my Ola S1 pro and registered complaint multiple times but service centre says no spares. And now my scooter broke down completely.
Your app is useless and the service which you provide is pathetic. Two weeks now, till now the battery issue is not resolved and my vehicle is still there at the service center.
Multiple times I am calling the number, and you make the customers wait. Don’t understand why you produce defective vehicles and take the customer for a ride
