One year and five months have passed 200+ suppot ticket is created and closed without solution, 500+ call to call center, almost all service center near me has called me multiple times and solution is they can not provide any accessories

This company has been stuck with zero innovation when it comes to accessories, the same thing you saw 2 years back it’s the same. And who will buy your tshirts, so stupid. focus on more accessories rather then trying to sell old products to customer.

Scotter does not support double stand, because of this break pipe always get chocked.
No slat available at nigadi service center

I have centre stand. Which I got after 8 months from order date.
Ola as a bike is good. But because of its worst service and super flop customer support it is going to see downfall in near future.
Competition is already there and because of bad service no one is going to recommend ola to anyone.
And ultimately the graph is going to come down.
Start working on your service part.
A good product becomes better with strong support/services and becomes worst with weak support services.

Ordered Buddy Step in March 2023.
Not received till today, May 2024.
Did a lot of calls on customer care, they just say I am raising a complaint for the same…more than 200 support request has been raised…
Called experience centre and service centres, even they have no info regarding my order…
Looking for some govt portal for raising this concern. Please reply if you know any solution to this problem
