Hi want to know when i purchased ola s1 pro last year june i bought extended warranty too i bought comprehensive plan 60,000 kms + Unlimited kms on battery but now i think after 8 year launch company removed Unlimited kms. So do old customers get Unlimited kms warranty or not. There are so many people’s which they have same question in there mind.
The Comprehensive Extended Warranty which you have purchased provides coverage till 5 years/ 60,000 km, whichever comes first . This is applicable to Battery as well.
All scooters delivered on or after 2 Feb '24 come with a 8 year/ 80,000 km Battery Warranty . The manufacturer’s warranty on parts other than Battery for these scooters is 3 years/ 40,000 km.
But as a old customer we lose out on the warranty part I had bought my OLA s1 pro this September 2023 with extended warranty, how’s that fair on our part that we get only 5 years where as it’s flat 8years for the new customers?
