Ola should provide a physical bluetooth key to deal with scooter and trunck. Password, mobile thing is cumbersome and really lagging behind the usage of physical keys.

Ola Should provide Biomatric access insted of key. No need to fill password every time or mobile.

Even biometric will be inconvenient. Nothing would come close to physical keys. Even proximity unlocking will have issues.

I often forgets physical keys, lost both of the original keys of my bajaj Avenger. I find it best not having to worry about keys but I feel like, instead of password, biometric should be there and if problem arises there should be password

Ola should a keyless key like car for emergency like somebody came beat you or else at that time you can’t raise your phone unlock phone or Ola that why Ola should a keyless key at accessory
