Kindly change whole lock lid system because we are facing real major issue in Appartments .
Someone inserted white cement inside charging port in my friends Ola S1 pro… due to some jealousy and actually this will cost company a lots of money in warranty years.

100% true… Even while washing, when we runs the cloth on top of the cap, it pops out😬. It has be locked.
