I found my boot closed but on scooter it was open
When contacted ola team they told to reboot and the problem was solved. They told to always reboot after every charging to avoid such issues too.

If boot shows unlock but it’s locked try this. Sit on scooter properly at the lock place or try to sit on where a perfect press happens try in different places it will display as locked then you can open no need to reboot it works for me try it
