Yes the scooter should be connected to a stable wifi network to download the update …you can use your mobile hotspot if no other wifi available at your place. The update is around 1.25 gb so keep enough data balance available for the download

Connect to your mobile hotspot/ wifi it will consume around 1.5 GB to complete download, you need to manually connect wifi in settings wifi settings in ola scooter

You can download through your mobile hotspot but the download is about 1.25GB
