I got my scooter day before yesterday and same day i had move os3 update prompt. Check for updates, you also might have it already

Wait for some time move os 3 will come or try to restart

In new scooter you only have to download move os 3 and update it it’s working fine, i received today and also update available so i download and update it.
It download automatically.
Else, go to Settings → Update

Mostly you will be notified from 3-4 days of purchasing. I got ola s1 pro on Jan 1-023 i got the update on jan 4th
