I have seen many Ather chargers in Kolkata and they have just opened the store in Kolkata.

Check Ola Site. The mentioned one in BPCL is there but is not active

There is only one near minto park.i usually charge 2-3 times a week at that place. So my charging cost is free for last 1 month
