Cannot see the option of activating Hill Hold !

Not yet released. Need to wait some more time 
From the main menu theres a new option named “Riding” … It’s under that.
However hill hold feature is not available yet.
I am using S1, even after updating it to Move 0s3 there is no option of Hill hold! Can some one guide me !
