Q1. I have purchased an Ola scooter, when will I be eligible for community rewards?

  • You will be eligible for community rewards if you have referred a friend/family member post the delivery of your scooter

Q2. When will I receive the rewards for the successful referrals?

  • All eligible customers will receive the referral rewards within 30 working days of the delivery of the referee’s scooter

Q3. My referral dashboard shows the reward credited to my account, but I cannot see the transaction. How can I check the credited amount?

  • Your referral reward would have been credited to your Ola Money wallet. You can log in to the Ola Money app to check your rewards or tap on the Ola Money icon on the Ola App Homepage

Q4. I cannot see the rewards credited to my Ola Money wallet. What is the issue/what should I do?

  • This may be due to the inactive/dormant status of your Ola Money wallet
  • You can log in to the Ola Money account, complete the KYC, and add ₹1 to your wallet

Q5. I have activated my wallet and added ₹1 to it but I still have not received any reward. What should I do?

Q6. I am unable to log in to my Ola Money account. What should I do?

OLA is just good at marketing and commitments and Worst at service and product quality.

There is a continuous issue in Ola after I purchased. Bluetooth connectivity not working, every time I have to put code manually, which will increase threat as if somebody knows then they will miss use or theft the vehicle.
Display got blank and I can’t move vehicle. When contacted they give one video how to bypass the system which is illegal practice. And this problems recurring frequently. My family members who r using it are of old age and they lost confidence and stop using the vehicle.
There is no customer care support, why one should buy and give reference. Don’t buy these product and not give reference to anyone

I have ola s1 x+ I refer for ola s1 pro 2gen. And after its delivery its gone in my refers list and nothing I got . And second refer for ola s1 x+ its shows succesfully refer but zero earning. What is this ???

I purchased your scooty in August 2023 but till now I have not received any email regarding subsidy. I wanted to contact the experience center but did not get any satisfactory reply from there, please guide me.
